The 86th Cheltenham Festival of Performing Arts.

It’s a celebration of Dance, Music, Speech and Drama attended by thousands of competitors of all ages showcasing some of the talent that Gloucestershire has to offer. It’s reputation is one of outstanding quality of performance and organisation.

The Festival is affiliated to the British and International Federation of Festivals for Music, Dance and Speech of which Her Majesty the Queen is Patron.

His Experience: Local to Ross on Wye, Marcus has gained fantastic experience at many local award winning hotels & restaurants and has trained with some of the best in the industry. Including work experience with Steve Terry and cooking for Marco Pierre White. Marcus’s passion for local ingredients and creative character allows him to bring a unique taste to his style of cooking.

How would you describe your cooking style: Traditional with a modern twist

Starters: Smoked Chicken & Garden Pea Risotto

Mains: Turbot with Lemon butter sauce, potato rosti & spring greens
